The Design Process
To create high-quality design projects we have trusted relationships with a long list of highly skilled contractors who we have long established trusted relationships with.
Our design services include detailed specifications quotes, sketches, CAD drawings and 3D visuals if required.
1. THE BRIEFING
We begin by establishing the project framework – design requirements, timelines and budget. We spend some time understanding the clients vision and budget.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
We will create some initial layouts and concept boards to give the client a feel for our vision in line with their brief
3. LAYOUT AND DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
With a good understanding of the layout, we start exploring options that will work for the site including furniture, joinery and materials and making our vision work in the space.
4. DRAWINGS AND SAMPLING
Once the design is finalised, we create the technical drawings and specify each finish, fabrics and joinery and create a specification schedule.
5. MANUFACTURING & CONSTRUCTION
We oversee the implementation of our design with the contractor and all trades making sure the design is on track and coordinate all delivery and installation of furnishings procured on your behalf. We give client updates on each stage of the build.
6. HANDOVER
At this stage we complete the design and dressing of the site.
